TERRE HAUTE, Indiana (DLC Media) – One man was arrested after firing shots outside of a smoke shop in downtown Terre Haute. The shots reportedly came from outside of Exotics Smoke Shop on 3rd Street. It was determined that the shots were intended for a single person however the victim was missed. Police arrested 21-year-old Rahsani Pryce following the altercation. Pryce now faces a charge of criminal recklessness with a deadly weapon.
