Judge Issues Continuance In Court Hearing of Terre Haute Daycare worker child molesting case

Terre Haute, In. – Judge Charles D. Johnson granted a continuance in the child Molesting hearing of Nicholas Aidan Tennis.  Tennis had been expected to change his plea to guilty during his change of plea hearing Monday. Tennis faces a single level 4 felony charge of child molesting after a child that attended the daycare where Tennis worked told her mother that Tennis had touched her inappropriately.  In an interview with police, Tennis reportedly admitted to touching the girl but nothing else. Judge Johnson continued the hearing to 9 a.m. on July 1.
