Terre Haute, In. – Representatives of Thrive, West Central and Terre Haute City Officials officially broke ground for a new upscale condominium project at Hulman & Fruitridge.  The project will be called Bear Creek Townhomes and will have a total of 100 units when finished.  It will be built in phases with phase one containing 42 units. The price of the 3 bedroom, 2.5 baths units will be around $300,000. The development will have a dog park, sidewalks, green space and much more.  Developer Jon Mutchner is the builder of the project.  Construction on phase one will begin this summer.
