Vigo County, In. – Around 8:30 Tuesday morning Vigo County Sheriff Deputies were dispatched to the Willow Crossings Apartments on a report of a fight between residents.  The deputies were told that one of the people involved had a knife.  He left the area by the time the Deputies arrived.  A short time late the vehicle the man was driving was spotted in Clinton and Vermillion County Deputies were able to arrest the man identified at 30-year-old Kyle Abney.  Abney was transported to the Vigo County jail and charged with Criminal Recklessness with a Deadly Weapon and Battery with Moderate Bodily Injury.
