BRAZIL, Ind. – The Post Office in Brazil was shut down Tuesday afternoon as police investigated reports of suspicious packages.

Indiana State Police reported there were two packages reported.

The entire parking lot of the Brazil Post Office (located at 227 W National Ave) was blocked off and multiple Indiana State Police vehicles as well as Brazil City Police were on scene.

Just after 1:45 p.m. on Tuesday Indiana State Police gave the all clear and the post office was to be back open around 2 p.m.
