Terre Haute, In. – Thrive West Central and Club 720 have partnered to assist the area to see their housing market in action and authorize down payment assistance programs at no cost.  Club 720 offers a turnkey approach to housing development by integrating down payment assistance programs with homebuyer support services. Hoosier Homes is Indiana’s homebuyer assistance program. Anyone interested in purchasing a home soon or in the coming years can sign up at no cost to the Club 720 platform and create a goal toward their housing needs. Thrive West Central will soon offer workshops to assist home buyers in learning more about Club 720 and Hoosier Homes resources.
