Terre Haute, In. –  An employee of Gibault Children’s Services has been arrested and accused of having sexual relations with a Gibault resident.  An Indiana State Police Probable Cause Affidavit states that 24-year-old Jami N. Downing is charged with child seduction, possession of marijuana, and possession of paraphernalia. According to the affidavit the Indiana State Police received a call from a child’s parent regarding that her son was having a relationship with Downing including receiving nude videos and pictures. Investigators confirmed that Downing had sent the pictures, communicated on Facetime with the boy while nude and had multiple sexual encounters on the Gibault Campus. During a search of Downing’s residence found several items of drug paraphernalia and a small amount of marijuana.
