Terre Haute, In. – Terre Haute Mayor Brandon Sakbun and his wife Paiton welcome their first child Sunday night.  Daughter Scarlett was born at Union Hospital and the mayor says the mom and baby are doing well.  The mayor will be operating on a light schedule the next few weeks enabling him to spend time with his new family.
