Terre Haute, In. – The Wabash Valley Community Foundation hopes to raise funds to be able to qualify for the Lilly Endowment GIFT VIII matching opportunity.  A press release issued by the Wabash Valley Community Foundation says that the Lilly Endowment is offering a 2 for 1 match for new gifts that will provide funding for local community grants.  The Wabash Valley Community Foundation must raise $1,062,500 in Vigo County, $300,000 in Clay County and $262,500 in Sullivan County to qualify for the grant.  Today they still need to raise $64,602 in Clay County; $209,485 in Sullivan County and $895,223 in Vigo County before the end of the matching period on Dec. 31, 2025.
