Parke County, In. – A Brazil man was arrested by the Parke County Sheriff’s Office when they responded to a fight in southwestern Parke County.  Arrested was 59-year-old John Guilliams Jr. He was charged with intimidation with a deadly weapon. Later deputies went to his residence with a warrant and under Indiana’s Red Flag Law seized all the firearms in his home. Guilliams is in the Parke County Jail held without Bond. Indiana’s Red Flag law allows police to temporarily take firearms from a person who may be a danger to themselves or others
