Rockville, In. – Just before 3am Saturday Parke County Sheriff deputies stopped pick-up truck driven by 45-year-old Carrie Stichter of Almo when she was observed swerve across the center line. During the stop deputies discovered that Stichter was wanted on several warrants.  She had 4 Vigo County warrants including auto theft. A warrant for auto theft in Clay County and a warrant for auto theft in Tennessee.  She was arrested and taken to the Parke County jail and is awaiting extradition to Tennessee.
