Parke County Burglars Arrested

Parke County, In. –  On Monday Parke County Deputies were dispatched to a burglary report on Harbison road in Parke County.  The deputies found that many items were taken from the home.  Later Monday evening the home was burglarized again.  This time a suspect took a vehicle out of the garage and took off.  Deputies located the stolen vehicle and arrested 50-year-old Amber M. Butcher of Cayuga. As the investigation continued a male suspect was identified.  Vermillion County Deputies spotted this suspect and arrested 47-year-old Travis D. Butcher.  The Butcher home in Cayuga was searched and recovered many of the stolen items.  Both suspects are being held in the Parke County Jaill on charges of burglary, theft, and auto theft. The stolen items located as well as the vehicle were returned to the owners.
