Terre Haute, In. – The 38^th annual Christmas in the Park opened Monday in Deming Park.  Every year non-profit organizations decorate the park shelters.  These groups are competing for nearly $14,000 in prize money.  The peoples choice award winner will receive an extra $100. Santa was there to help open the displays and he will return December 7^th 8^th and 14^th between 5 and 8pm.  Bring your camera for pictures with Santa.
