Statewide – Duke Energy has set aside nearly $300,000 in their Share the Light Fund to assist Indiana customers that may be struggling to make ends meet and need help paying their Electric bills this winter. Duke works with the Indiana Community Action Association to distribute funds to qualifying customers to pay energy bills, deposits and re connection/connection charges. Eligibility for the Share the Light Fund is based on income, family size and the availability of resources. Customers can receive up to a $300 credit annually on their account.
