Terre Haute, In. – Thrive West Central has received a $6,000 grant from the Alzheimer’s Foundation of America to provide respite time for care givers.  80% of people living with Dementia in The Wabash Valley are being cared for by a loved one. With this grant Thrive can bring in people from an outside agency to care for a person for a few hours per week giving the loved one some time away.  Thrive hopes to help five to six families with this funding.
