Poland, In. – The Indiana State Police conducted an investigation after receiving information that a girl under the age of 14 had been molested.  The investigation found that 42-year-old Thomas Edenfield Jr. of Poland, In. molested the girl.  The Clay County Prosecutor’s Office requested an arrest warrant for Edenfield.  Clay County Circuit Court granted an arrest warrant last Thursday. Edenfield was arrested over the weekend by the U.S. Marshals Task Force without incident. Enfield is charged with Child Molesting where defendant is at least 21 years of age, Vicarious Sexual Gratification victim under the age of 14, Child Solicitation victim under the age of 14 to engage in fondling/touch and possession of Child Pornography. He is currently being held in the Clay County Jail on a $50,000 bond.
