Vermillion County, In. – In February Nancy Willis resigned as the Vermillion County Clear-Treasurer.  Wednesday the 4 members of the Vermillion County Republicans who represent Clinton Precinct held a caucus to fill the seat. Former Clinton Councilman Bart Mooney was selected to fill the seat.  Mooney was a Clinton Councilman from 2022 to 2023.   He has served on the Redevelopment Board for seven years.
