Vigo County, In. – It’s Spring-cleaning time and Terre Haute and Vigo County are partnering for a county wide cleanup day April 12th 8am to 12pm.  The cleanup day is open to all Vigo County residents.  Residents can drop off trash and waste at several locations around the city.  Those locations are City Hall, Sarah Scott Middle School, Vigo County Solid Waste District and Woodrow Wilson Middle School.  Items that will be accepted are grills, furniture, mattresses, large toys, yard waste and other miscellaneous waste. Electronics will be accepted at the City Hall location.
