Indiana – Your Electric Bill is going up…again!  Duke Energy was granted a temporary rate increase by the Indiana Regulatory Commission.  Duke customer will begin seeing the increase in the October through December billing cycle and will result in an average of a little over $11.00 per month more.  Duke says the increase was necessary to cover fuel costs.  You may remember Duke asked for a received a rate increase of 16% this past summer.
