Governor proclaims Holocaust Remembrance Day

Indianapolis-Gov. Eric Holcomb recently proclaimed Jan. 27 as Holocaust Remembrance Day in Indiana.

The Governor said that antisemitism is increasing and it’s important that Hoosiers learn the stories of those who suffered and died because they were Jewish.

Eva Kor is well known for her efforts to educate Americans about the Holocaust through the Candles museum in Terre Haute and her writing.
