Terre Haute – A death investigation has been classified as a shooting investigation.
Shots were fired on Tuesday, according to a call to the Vigo County Sheriffs Department at 7:55 p.m.
The incident reportedly happened in the 3700 block of East Ashland Drive.
When deputies arrived, a deceased male was found in the house who had apparently died of a gunshot wound.
No suspects have been arrested and the investigation is ongoing, stated Sheriff John Plasse.
