INDIANAPOLIS – School employees can be prosecuted as criminals if Senate Bill 12 becomes law.

The bill states that prosecution would be possible if school employees provide material considered “harmful” to minors

The bill would require schools to set up a process that would allow parents to request materials to be removed they think are inappropriate.
