ROCKVILLE — On April 20, 2023, the Rockville Police Department took a complaint of indecent exposure in the 200 block of South Lincoln Road.

The victim identified the suspect as
William Hulett, a 48-year-old male from Rockville.

The victim reported Hulett
exposed himself to the victim twice before the victim was able to get away from
Hulett.

Officers located Hulett in the 400 block of High St. When officers attempted to
detain Hulett he fled. After a brief foot chase and struggle officers were able to take
Hulett into custody.

Hulett was transported to the Parke County Jail where he was booked
for Indecent Exposure, Resisting Law Enforcement, and Criminal Trespass.
