TERRE HAUTE – Nathan Epple of Terre Haute was sentenced to 40 years in prison on Wednesday for voluntary manslaughter and  robbery resulting in serious bodily injury.

He was sentenced on Wednesday for killing Jeffrey Cottrell.

He also pleaded guilty to two counts of armed robbery.
