BRAZIL – A suspect is in custody and charged with the murder  of a person on Leavitt Street Thursday afternoon.

The person of interest identified last night, Jon Luke Benjamin McGuff, was arrested this morning without incident, ISP Sgt. Matt Ames said in a news release.

He was arrested by the Indiana State Police Putnamville Post Criminal Division and is incarcerated in the Clay County Jail.

McGuff, age 25, of Reelsville was charged with Murder, a Level 1 Felony.

No other information has been released so far.
