BLANFORD – At around 6:30 p.m, May 12, a red Case tractor with tracks, was pulling an implement south on State Road 71 through Blanford.

The implement struck a power line, causing damage to 2 residences and several vehicles.

 

The driver of the tractor did not stop. A witness followed the tractor into Illinois to the Peabody area before losing sight of it.

The tractor was reported to be dragging the power line with it.
