Latest on Parke Co. REMC outages

ROCKVILLE — Parke County REMC is working around the clock to restore power for its members affected by the storms on June 29th and June 30th. Since the start of the storm, over 9,000 members have reported outages. As of 4:30 p.m., Wednesday, July 5th, approximately 500 members are without power.

Crews will continue to work until all power has been restored.Power is expected to be restored by late evening on Thursday, July 6th.  

Parke County REMC is assisted by Jasper County REMC, Carroll White REMC, Kankakee Valley REMC, Hendricks Power Cooperative, and BESCO contract crews. Additionally, Parke Professional Services (PPS) is aiding in tree removal.

Members may report outages by calling 800-537-3913. Outages may also be reported using the online portal at pcremc.com or the MyPCREMC app.
