Terre Haute Police Department
TERRE HAUTE – On 08-11-23, Detectives with the Vigo County Drug Task Force were actively working a drug investigation which led to a residence near S 19th St and Poplar St. A search of the residence was conducted and more than sixty grams of methamphetamine and multiple firearms were found.
Thomas Jamerson, 39, of Terre Haute was placed arrest for:
35-48-4-1.1(a)(1)/F2: Dealing in Methamphetamine/Delivery of Methamphetamine amount of 10 or more gr (Conspiracy to Commit)
35-48-4-1.1(a)(2)/F2: Dealing in Methamphetamine/Amount of 10 or more grams

35-48-4-1.1(a)(2)/F3: Dealing in Methamphetamine/Amount is b/t 1 & 5 grams/Enhancing Circumstance
35-48-4-6.1(a)/F3: Possession of Methamphetamine Possession of 28 or more grams of methamphetamine.

35-47-4-5(c)/F4: Unlawful Poss. of a Firearm by Serious Violent Felon
35-48-4-6(a)/F5: Possession of a Narcotic Drug Possession-less than 5 grams-enhancing
Jamerson is currently on parole for a 2018 Dealing Methamphetamine Case.
