SULLIVAN COUNTY, Indiana (DLC Media) – The Sullivan County long Term Tornado Recovery Coalition has made its first contribution to the community through the Help Sullivan Recover Fund. Following the first Unmet Needs Table, where citizens were able to present their cases for monetary relief, eight families were selected. Over $135,000 was given out.

The Money will be used for rebuilding and construction projects. At the meeting over $30,000 was donated for the fund and an additional $180,000 has been donated in the form of services related to construction and labor. The selected cases by the LTTRC were based on cases that were considered to be those of “Greatest Need”.
