BRAZIL, Indiana (DLC Media) – There will be a trial starting today in connection to the death of William Matherly in May. Jon Luke Benjamin McGuff is the primary suspect in the case and faces trial which begins this afternoon.

The incident in which McGuff is being accused of murder happened at 310 North Leavitt Street. McGuff is accused of shooting Matherly multiple times, killing him. McGuff did turn himself in to law enforcement, who were investigating the death of Matherly however he has not put in a guilty plea.
