Terre Haute, In. – Libertarian K. Richard Fitzlaff will officially announce his candidacy for U.S. Congress representing Indiana’s 8^th District August 1^st at the Petty Pit Stop restaurant at 9^th and Wabash in Terre Haute.  At that time Fitzlaff will lay out his platform which includes lower taxes, Social Security reform, ending deficit spending and repealing the PATRIOT Act. Fitzlaff will face off against Republican Mark Messmer and Democrat Erik Hurt in the November election.
