Riley, In. – In a social media post Vigo County Commissioner Mark Clinkenbeard announced that Main Street in Riley will be permanently closed between State Roads 46 and 159.  Clinkenbeard’s post says the County Highway Department, INDOT, and the Riley Town Board worked on the plan designed to improve safety when turning onto 159 from Gross road and be safer for pedestrians using the new Riley Spur Trail, crossing Hwy 159.
