Brazil, In. – The United Way of the Wabash Valley has implemented Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library in Clay County.  The Program will provide free books to children in Clay County with a mission to support early childhood education.  Infants to children aged 5 can be enrolled in the program and receive a free personalized book per month at no cost.  The books are mailed to the children’s home.
