Vigo County, In. – People have been riding off road vehicles on county trails.  The Vigo County Commissioners are asking to keep motorized vehicles off the trails and have amended an ordinance to prohibit driving on the trails. Doing so would result in a ticket being issued similar to a speeding ticket for the first time.  The second time would be a misdemeanor or jail time.  Commissioner Chris Switzer says using things like a scooter, stroller, or bicycle is still perfectly fine to use on trails that don’t specifically say otherwise.
