Rockville, In. – Just before 4am Saturday Parke County Sheriff Deputies conducted a traffic stop on U.S. 36.  The driver, 36-year-old Sabrina Stevens of Mecca, IN license was suspended.  A male passenger identified as 30-year-old Kyle Abney of Terre Haute was found to have a warrant from Vigo County for Battery by Means of a Deadly Weapon and Criminal Recklessness with a Deadly Weapon. While taking him into custody they found a syringe and a container that tested positive for Fentanyl. The Driver, Sabrina Stevens attempted to get rid of the evidence. Both Stevens and Abney were taken into custody and taken to the Parke County Jail. The Parke County Deputies were assisted by the Rockville Police.
