Sullivan County, In. – After receiving information concerning sexual misconduct with a minor The Indiana State Police conducted a criminal investigation. The investigation revealed that Timothy R. Squire, age 63, had allegedly engaged in sexual misconduct with a minor under the age of 14, and Rebecca Squire, age 59, failed to report sexual misconduct to authorities. The results of the investigation was presented to the Sullivan County Prosecutor and the court issued warrants for their arrests on January 16th. Timothy Squire was charged with Child Molesting/Intercourse or Deviate Sex with Victim less than 14 and Child Molesting. Rebecca Squire was charged with Neglect of Dependent. They were both arrested and taken to the Sullivan County jail.
