Kingman Man Arrested On Charges Of Animal Cruelty

PARKE COUNTY, Ind – Parke County Deputies were call to a rural Kingman residence on a report of animal cruelty.
Officers found a deceased dog on the property outside in the elements.
An autopsy was performed at Purdue University.
The results show that they dog died as a result of starvation.
39-year-old Joseph Wilson was arrested on a charge of Cruelty to an Animal.  He was released from the Parke County Jail after posting $5,000 bond.
