<![CDATA[VERMILLION COUNTY, Ind – On Thursday (3/7/19) around Noon Vermillion County Deputies were called to a two-vehicle crash with minor injuries.
Officers say that a car driven by 86-year-old Marlene Stevenson of Hillsdale failed to stop at the intersection of Lincoln and Third Street and struck a cargo van driven by 32-year-old Jeffrey Schlak of Brazil.
The collision forced the van off the roadway and into a yard.
Stevenson’s car spun and hit a fire hydrant.
Stevenson was taken to Union Hospital Clinton to be treated for minor injuries.
