VIGO COUNTY, Ind.  – A Vigo County couple accused of sex crimes with a minor appeared in court Wednesday.

Barbara and David Day face charges of sexual misconduct with a minor, vicarious sexual gratification, contributing to the delinquency of a minor, and possession of a controlled substance and paraphernalia charges.

Barbara also faces a charge of incest.

Both entered a plea of not guilty and requested public defenders.

Bond is set for $50,000 each.

They are set to return to court next week.
