TERRE HAUTE, Ind – A Terre Haute was arrested Wednesday on a charge of rape.
30 year old James Fields is accused of forcing nonconsensual sex with a female acquaintance on April 29th.
Fields will return to court on June 18th.
His bond is set $50,000 with no 10%.
