Come help the Wabash Valley Recovery Alliance blackout addiction at their inaugural concert and 5k on September 13th.

The concert will be free and open to the public with some awesome bands that are T.B.A.

Following the start of the concert we will also be holding a 5k Blacklight Glow fun run/walk taking participants through glowing blacklight tunnels where they will glow like the sun with glow paint, glow necklaces / bracelets, and more!

You do have to register for the 5k Blacklight Glow run for $25. All proceeds go directly to the Wabash Recovery Alliance and includes:
– An Awesome Blackout Addiction race shirt
– Purple glow necklace / bracelet representing recovery month
– Entry onto an awesome glow race course with blacklight tunnels, glow paint, and more!
– Race photos
– Entry to the Recovery Concert

For concert goers not running the 5k or 5k participants who would like more glow gear we will have more awesome gear for sale at the event.

Also we will have awesome food trucks for concert goers and 5k participants alike to purchase some tasty food throughout the event!

The Schedule for the Event is as follows:
– 7:00 p.m. – Opening Ceremony
– 7:30 p.m. – Concert Begins
– 8:30 p.m. – Blacklight Run Begins
– 9:30 p.m. – Closing Ceremony

The Wabash Valley Recovery Alliance is a non-profit whose mission is to change lives through advocacy and education, creating unity, awareness and support for addiction prevention, treatment and recovery. Their goal is to unify our community in the battle against addiction, reduce barriers to recovery for those seeking help, coordinate local resources, reduce stigma surrounding addiction, and provide support to family and loved one of those facing addiction.
