TERRE HAUTE, Ind. – A Terre Haute man is facing faces charges after a Tuesday night stand off with police.
43-year-old Ryan Watson held police at bay for around three hours.
Officers went to his home near 5th and Oak Streets twice to perform a well being check at the request of the mans family.
The first time officers went to his residence he was not there but the second time he was home and when police looked in a window he allegedly pointed a gun at them.
.He eventually surrendered and was arrested on charges of criminal recklessness and intimidation.
He is being held on $25,000 bond.
Police obtained a search warrant and found several guns inside the home.
Watson has a court date set for Monday (7/1/19).
