CRAWFORD COUNTY, Ill. A Marshall, Illinois farmer was hurt Thursday when he was hit by a semi-truck.

Illinois State Police say 64 year old Robert L. Dammerman, was driving his tractor pulling a baler on Route 1 just before 9:00 p.m. Central Time, when he was rear ended by a semi driven by 64 year old James Lee White, of Beaver Dam, Wisconsin.

Both men were taken to the hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.

Police say that the tractor had its hazard lights on.

White received several citations.
