SULLIVAN COUNTY, Ind  – Indiana State Police have made an arrest following an investigation that started in December last year (2018).

Accusations were made that a 16 year old female had been sexually abused.

Now 50 year old Michael A. Hughes, of Hymera is accused of engaging in sexual misconduct with a minor.

Hughes is facing multiple charges is currently being held in the Sullivan County Jail on a $65,000 bond.

Charges:

• Sexual Misconduct with a Minor, Level 5 Felony
• Child Seduction (2 counts) Level 5 Felony
• Sexual Misconduct with a Minor, Level 4 Felony
