VIGO COUNTY, Ind – A Terre Haute man escaped from an early morning crash uninjured.
Indiana State Police Public Information Officer Sgt. Matt Ames says that it happened on the exit ramp of I-70 at SR 46.
The vehicle traveled 75 yards off the road and rolled over on its top.
Ames said that 29-year-old Kenneth Payne fell asleep and failed to negotiate the curve. Payne was wearing his seat-belt which allowed him to walk away unharmed.
Police say this is proves that wearing your seat-belt is a very good idea.
