PARKE COUNTY, Ind – Parke County Police were called out early Sunday morning (8/4/19) to the area of US Hwy 36 and Erie St in Rockville about a man lying in the roadway,

Deputies say Gary Brooks III was arrested ed and taken to the Parke County Jail.

He is being charged with Minor Consumption and Public Intoxication.
