VIGO COUNTY, Ind – Vigo County School students are heading back to school today.
Just over 14,200 students are starting a new school year along with 75 new teachers.
Still the corporation will be using just over 20 long term substitutes to sill some positions due to a nationwide teacher shortage.
There is also a bus driver shortage and that means that some transportation office staff with a commercial driver’s license and some mechanics with CDL’s will be driving buses.
