CAYUGA, Ind – Thursday afternoon (8/8/19) around 1:00 PM, Police stopped 60 year old Gary E. Mack of Cayuga for showing signs of impairment.

Police say that they could smell alcohol coming from the vehicle, and could see open containers in the vehicle.

Mack could not complete any Field Sobriety tests.

His blood alcohol level tested at .28%.

He was taken to the Vermillion County Jail on charges of operating while intoxicated.
