PARKE COUNTY, Ind – Yesterday (8/15/19) Parke County Deputies arrested 55-year-old John P Staggs, of Rockville on two counts of Felony Child Seduction.

Staggs was taken to the Parke County Jail where he is being held on a $15,000 bond.

Clay County Sheriff’s Office assisted with the arrest.
