PARKE COUNTY, Ind.  – More details are known about a Rockville man who was arrested on two counts of child seduction.

55-year-old John Staggs was arrested Thursday (8/15/19).

It is alleged that Staggs, who is a cadet program adviser at the Bellmore Fire Department, had a sexual relationship with a juvenile fire cadet.

In a statement, representatives from the Bellmore Fire Department said Staggs was terminated from the department.

Staggs is being held in the Parke County Jail on a $15,000 cash bond.
